End User License Agreement

This agreement covers miTech software products, including miKey and RV Tech Pro, and any updates we provide for them. By installing or using the software, you agree to it.

Scope

If you have signed a separate license or subscription agreement with us, that agreement takes priority wherever the two differ.

This policy was last updated on July 28, 2026.

What you are allowed to do

We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the software for your own business, for as long as your license or subscription is active and you are meeting its terms.

The license covers the products, editions, user counts, and installation limits recorded on your account. Using more than you hold a license for is a breach of this agreement.

What you may not do

You may not copy the software beyond the installations your license allows, resell or sublicense it, or make it available to anyone outside your organization as a service.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to defeat, remove, or work around its licensing, activation, or validation, except where the law expressly gives you that right despite this clause.

You may not remove our notices or branding from the software.

Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. miTech retains ownership of it and of everything in it, including any changes and improvements we make.

If we build something specifically for you, ownership of that work is set by the agreement covering it, not by this one.

Your data, and what the software reports

The information you put into the software is yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it.

The software communicates with our licensing service to activate and to confirm that a license is still valid. That exchange covers entitlement and installation status. It does not send us the business records you keep in the software.

Where we host the software for you, our privacy policy applies to information we hold on your behalf.

Support and updates

While your license or subscription is active, you receive the updates we release for your edition, and support on the terms we have agreed with you.

We may change or retire features over time. Where a change materially reduces what the software does, we will give reasonable notice.

Ending the agreement

This license lasts as long as your subscription or license term. It ends if that lapses, or if you breach this agreement and do not put it right after we ask.

When it ends, you must stop using the software and remove your installations. You can ask us to export your data before you do, and we will help.

Warranty and liability

We provide the software with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided as it is, without further warranty.

To the extent the law allows, miTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, and how to reach us

We may update this agreement for future versions and renewals. The current version is always the one posted here.
